These Terms of Use govern your use of any services provided by FKnol.com, ("FKnol", "we", or "us") including without limitation, any content, functionality or services offered on or through www.fknol.com (collectively, the "FKnol Services"), whether as a non-paying, non-registered guest or as a registered user.

You are responsible for checking these terms periodically for changes. If you continue to use the FKNOL Services after we post changes to these Terms of Use, you are signifying your acceptance of the new terms.

ACCESS TO WEBSITES AND SERVICES

We may discontinue or change any FKNOL service or feature at any time and without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the FKNOL Services is unavailable at any time or for any period, as site availability has dependency on several internal and external factors and entities including those which are beyond our control. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the FKNOL Services, or the entirety of the FKNOL Services, to users, including registered users.

To access some of the FKNOL resources, such as lists, screeners, sorted rankings or other content, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. Additionally, you may be required to pay for accessing the information online or for downloading the content. If you register as a user (a "Member") of any of the FKNOL Services, during the registration process you may be prompted to click a "Sign-up Now," "Submit," or similar button. Clicking any such button will further confirm your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms.

It is a condition of your use of the FKNOL Services that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with FKNOL or otherwise, including, but not limited to, through the use of any interactive features on the FKNOL Services, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy. By registering with FKNOL, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving FKNOL services under the laws of the land as per the applicable jurisdiction.

If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. SHARING OF LOGIN CREDENTIALS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND IS AGAINST THE RULES OF FKNOL SERVICES. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to any FKNOL Site, or any portion of a FKNOL Site, using your user name, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. FKNOL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

We have the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

Terms around Use of General FKnol Services

This section is applicable to all the data, content and services (free and paid) of FKnol.com

The data provided on this site may be fully or partially incorrect. Categories, business segments, industries and sectors of a particular stock or company may vary widely depending upon how the FKnol records are updated and maintained depending upon the criteria as deemed suitable by FKnol and its owners and employees, and may be completely incorrect. In cases of index data (and their constituents), the constituent stocks and their associated data points may be sourced from publicly available information about the holdings of ETFs or funds tracking those indices, and may be incorrect. No guarantee or claims are applicable, and none are provided.

On an experimental basis, this site may allow/offer downloading of available data content in CSV, Excel or other suitable file formats for the convenience of the site visitors. Some of these features may be experimented with a requirement of payment, as this site needs to pay the bills for its operations, applications, various content format(s),the functionality, app, data hosting, content hosting and payment processing charges. Irrespective of whether any charges are applied or not, they are not for the data, but for the file creation, download and delivery functionality, and no guarantee is applicable for the data content downloaded through the file on paid or free basis. If a user decides to download a data file from this site on paid or free basis, they agree to the above mentioned terms and disclaimer regarding data content, its accuracy, the possibility of incorrect data, and the file functionality and features being erroneous.

File downloads are provided only as email attachments, and users are required to have and provide a valid and accessible email-id where they can receive the email with necessary file attachement.

In case the file download function runs into trouble, the user is required to contact the concerned email-id mentioned on the download page (or on the Paid Services Support Page) describing the error encountered, and any error message/code that may appear. As various different technical components are involved in the file download feature (including data hosting, file generation, payment processing, etc. as applicable), the error needs to checked at various stages to fix it. Users are required to allow at least one business day to FKnol to revert on the reported issue.

FKnol.com does not store, and does not access to, any credit/debit card or payment method related information of its users, except for the payment transaction id that we receive from our payment processing partners. For any payments made by the users to FKnol, we only receive information about the paid amount, payment currency, payment timestamp, and payment transaction id (reference no.).

Anything which is not covered in the above document is subject to the FKnol.com's site owners discretion.
Sharing of Login Access is strictly prohibited, and completely against our terms of service. Our systems are smart enough to identify if a login is being shared among multiple users, and such logins will be disabled without any prior notice. No claims or refund requests will be entertained for such violations.

Use of Paid Services

Certain sections of this portal are and may be made available on a paid basis. Anyone paying for and subscribing to such paid services must agree to the mentioned disclaimer and terms of use. Any data, content or any form of information provided by the portal through paid subscriptions does not guarantee any accuracy, correctness and genuineness of the content. Information and content on this portal may or may not be updated regularly, and all content (paid or otherwise) is provided on as-is where-is basis. While we make the best efforts for updating the content on a monthly/fortnightly/weekly basis as per the resource and data availability, we take no guarantee that the content will be updated at such regular intervals. The paid charges being levied are for accessing the portal, not for the content, its accuracy and quality.

Before making any payment for downloading data in files from this site, the user must agree that file and downloads once received by the user are there with them forever. Such digital content cannot be returned, and hence refund is not possible in any case. In case of any errors in receiving the download file on paid basis, the user agrees to provide one business day to FKnol to provide the required file as email attachment to the user's mail-id which was used for the payment.

The site is hosted on a reliable third-party web-hosting provider. On certain occassions, we may have downtime from their side, or from their associated providers who form an integral part in the digital network supply chain. Such challenges are out of our bounds and may ultimately limit the access of the FKnol site's end-users to the site and data content. FKnol and its associates take no responsibility of any such dependencies and their effects thereof. However, in good faith, we will be happy to consider extending the subscription for all the paid users by certain number of days, if the site downtime is considerably longer, like 24-hours or more.
In case of access subscription for certain duration (like 30/90/180 days), the count of days starts (inclusive) from the day when the user makes the payment, and goes on to the last day as per the simple formula of Last Day = [Payment Day + 30/90/180 Calendar Days].
Access and payments will be primarily linked to the user's email-id, unless otherwise stated. Users must ensure that they use a working and accessible email-id for login, payment or communicating with FKnol support. Email-id will not be changed under any circumstances during a subscription period.

FKNOL PAID MEMBERSHIP & BILLING

FKnol does not impose or offer any auto-renewal of subscriptions. That is - the user must renew the subscription on their own. If not done by the end date, the subscription will lapse.

FKnol does not offer any trial period for paid membership. All paid memberships can only be availed after making the required payments.

Subscribing to paid logins for various duration (1-day to 6-months, or as applicable at the time of offering) is a multi-step sequential process. The first step is to make the selected payment, followed by the second step to setup the password, followed by the third step to login.
If a user is stuck or faces problems at any of the steps for paid login subscription process, they must report the matter by sending a request to us at fknol.web@gmail.com mail-id, and allow us at least one business day to provide a resolution.

Additionally, FKnol users may avail the paid download feature. File downloads are provided only as email attachments, and users are required to have and provide a valid and accessible email-id where they can receive the email with necessary file attachement.

DATA CONTENT, AVAILABLE CALCULATIONS & METHODOLOGY

Users agree that the data provided on this site may be fully or partially incorrect. Since a few of the data points are calculated based on other available data points (like percentage change year-to-date), the calculated data points have dependency on the available data points. Thereby, the data points as calculated by FKnol, may also be fully or partially incorrect. Users are welcome to report such errors to FKnol through the support page, and after suitable verification we will have them fixed.

Users also understand and agree that FKnol uses its own self-designed methodology, process and automated methods for any quantitative calculations provided through this site. Users agree that FKnol's method may be completely different, incorrect or erroneous compared to other standard, non-standard methods as followed by other various entities. No claim can be made about the correctness, accuracy of the methods, data points and calculations by any of the FKnol users. No demands will be entertained for changing or editing any calculation or methodology for any content provided by FKnol.

Users agree and understand that this website is NOT an advisory service. It is simply an attempt to providing data, information and content. No guarantee can be provided for the correctness, completeness, or accuracy of this information. The information provided on the portal can be completely wrong, incorrect and obsolete. Any decision to trade/invest in any of the mentioned security should not be made in reliance on any of the content or statements set forth anywhere on this website or any of its documents.

TERMINATION

You may terminate your FKNOL account and thereby your access to the FKNOL Services by submitting such termination request to FKNOL by sending a request to us at fknol.web@gmail.com mail-id.
You agree that termination of account, whether voluntary or involuntary, will not have any refund as stated in the refund section.

You agree that FKNOL may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to, or suspend your FKNOL account and the FKNOL Services, and delete your and associated email address. Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension shall include, but shall not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification to the FKNOL Services (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, (g) and/or abusive correspondence with FKNOL. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in FKNOL's sole discretion and that FKNOL shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, your access to the FKNOL Services, or the removal of any associated email address.
