Want to check the performance of the overall stock market? Look no further than the Wilshire 5000 Index. It covers almost all stocks which are actively trading on the American stock exchanges. It is a market-capitalization weighted index, which means the companies are ranked in the descending order of their market cap values and they get a proportionate weight in the index. The index attempts to indicate the performance of most publicly traded companies which have their headquarters in the U.S. It excludes the penny stocks, OTCBB, Bulletin Board and stocks of very small companies. As the Wilshire 5000 index is an all inclusive index, it contains a very large number of constituents, which may range from 3,500 to 5,000.

This article presents the performance of the Wilshire 5000 stocks in a tabular form making it easy for individuals to sort the list on the desired parameters of preference. Details are based on the market data for the year 2022 till date. This article presents a list of all Wilshire 5000 stocks, which can be sorted and assessed for the past performance of the Wilshire 5000 stocks based on market capitalization values, stock price, price changes, percentage price changes and 52-week high-low price ranges. Percentage change is calculated based on the price changes observed from the end of the previous year to the date of Jun 13, 2022.
