L Brands, Inc., incorporated on March 16, 1982, operates specialty retail business. The Company is focused on women's intimate and other apparel, personal care, beauty and home fragrance categories. The Company's segments include Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, and Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works International. The Company sells its merchandise through company-owned specialty retail stores in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Greater China (China and Hong Kong), which are mall-based; through Websites, and through international franchise, license and wholesale partners. The Company operates in the retail brands, which include Victoria's Secret, PINK, Bath & Body Works and La Senza. La Senza is a specialty retailer of women's intimate apparel. As of January 28, 2017, the Company sold its La Senza products at over 120 La Senza stores in Canada and online at www.LaSenza.com. As of January 28, 2017, Henri Bendel sold handbags, jewelry and other accessory products through New York and 28 other stores, as well as online at www.HenriBendel.com. Mast Global is a merchandise sourcing and production function serving the Company and its international partners.

Victoria's Secret

The Company's Victoria's Secret segment includes PINK, which is the specialty retailer of women's intimate and other apparel with collections, fragrances, supermodels and runway shows. As of January 28, 2017, it sold its Victoria's Secret products at more than 1,200 Victoria's Secret stores in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom and online at www.VictoriasSecret.com. As of January 28, 2017, Victoria's Secret and PINK had more than 410 stores in more than 70 other countries operating under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements.

Bath & Body Works

The Company's Bath & Body Works segment is the specialty retailers of personal care, home fragrance products, soaps and sanitizers. As of January 28, 2017, it sold its Bath & Body Works products at more than 1,600 Bath & Body Works stores in the United States and Canada and online at www.BathandBodyWorks.com. As of January 28, 2017, Bath & Body Works had 159 stores in 30 other countries operating under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements.

Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works International

The Company's Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works International segment includes the Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works company-owned and partner-operated stores outside of the United States and Canada. The businesses include Victoria's Secret Beauty and Accessories stores operated by partners under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements, which feature Victoria's Secret branded beauty and accessories products; Victoria's Secret International stores, consists of company-owned stores in the United Kingdom, as well as stores operated by partners under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements, and Bath & Body Works International stores operated by partners under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements.
