CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Money is refunded in full by FKnol if the user has made two or more payments for the same service or content around the same time. Paying users agree to allow us to retain one of the valid payments for the service to be provided, while rest all duplicate payment(s) will be refunded to the user through the respective payment processing partner. While FKnol does not deduct any charges for eligible refunds, the user agrees that the payment processing partner may deduct suitable charges as a part of processing the refund money.

Users agree that being a digital subscription and digital services, the content and data thus provided or accessed cannot be reversed or returned. Tricky users tend to sign-up for paid subscription, access all what they need in a short span of time, and then demand refunds.
Given the nature of our digital offerings, non-reversal of digital access, and no possibility of physical returns, all payments made for data, access and similar services are non-refundable, except in the sole case of duplicate payments.
