Regular income in the form of dividend receipts and a stable capital appreciation in the stock price - that's the dream of every stock market investor. However, amid high volatility and uncertain economic conditions during the last few years, investors have been left high and dry for lack of both positive returns as well as dividends. Nevertheless, there are a few select companies which have offered dual benefits consistently.
