How Brazil ETFs Work?

ETFs allow low-cost investment and offer benefits of diversification like a mutual fund. The Brazil ETFs work by investing the ETF capital into a select basket of Brazilian stocks, which may be listed on the Brazilian stock exchange, or the company may have major operations in Brazil.
A host of Brazil ETFs are available which focus on the overall broader Brazilian stock market by tracking the major Brazilian stock market indexes. One can also find stock-specific Brazil ETFs, and those on small-cap, mid-cap and other sectoral indexes.
