Douglas Dynamics, Inc., incorporated on March 11, 2004, is a manufacturer and up-fitter of commercial vehicle attachments and equipment. The Company's portfolio includes snow and ice management attachments sold under the BLIZZARD, FISHER, HENDERSON, SNOWEX and WESTERN brands, turf care equipment under the TURFEX brand and industrial maintenance equipment under the SWEEPEX brand. The Company operates through two segments: Work Truck Attachments and Work Truck Solutions. The Work Truck Attachments segment includes snow and ice management attachments sold under the FISHER, WESTERN, HENDERSON and SNOWEX brands. The Work Truck Solutions segment includes the up-fit of attachments and storage solutions for commercial work vehicles under the DEJANA brand and its related sub-brands.

In its Work Truck Attachments segment, the Company offers a product line of snowplows, and sand and salt spreaders for light and heavy duty trucks. The Company also provides a range of related parts and accessories. The Company also provides turnkey solutions to governmental agencies, such as Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and municipalities. The Company sells Work Truck Attachments products through a distributor network primarily to professional snowplowers contracted to remove snow and ice from commercial, municipal and residential areas. Its Work Truck Solutions products consist of truck and vehicle up-fits where it attaches component pieces of equipment, truck bodies, racking and storage solutions to a vehicle chassis, and are typically used by end users for work related purposes. The Work Truck Solutions segment is an up-fitter of Class 4-6 trucks and other commercial work vehicles in the eastern United States. The Work Truck Solutions segment is a manufacturer of storage solutions for trucks and vans, and cable pulling equipment for trucks. The Company has manufacturing facilities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Rockland, Maine; Madison Heights, Michigan, Manchester, Iowa, and Huntley, Illinois.
