The North American Business Solutions Division sells office supply products and services throughout North America, including the United States, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands and Canada. The Company operates under the Office Depot and OfficeMax brands, and utilizes other Company and product brand names, including Grand & Toy in Canada. The Company offers its products under various labels, such as Foray, Ativa, TUL, Realspace, WorkPro, Brenton Studio, Highmark and Viking Office Products.

North American Retail Division
