Banco de Chile is a full service financial institution, which is engaged in providing credit and non-credit products and services in Chile. The Bank operates through Retail, Wholesale, Treasury and Subsidiaries segments. The Bank is a commercial bank, which offers a range of banking services to its customers, ranging from individuals to corporations. The Bank's services are managed in corporate banking, middle and small corporate banking, personal banking services and retail. The Bank also offers international, as well as treasury banking services. The Bank also offers business banking and small business banking services. The Bank's subsidiaries provide other services, including securities brokerage, mutual fund and investment management, insurance brokerage, financial advisory and securitization.

The Retail segment focuses on individuals and small and medium-sized companies, where the product offering focuses on consumer loans, commercial loans, checking accounts, credit cards, credit lines and mortgage loans. The Wholesale segment focuses on corporate clients and companies, where the product offering focuses on commercial loans, checking accounts and liquidity management services, debt instruments, foreign trade, derivative contracts and leases. The Bank's Treasury segment includes the associated revenues to the management of the investment portfolio and the business of financial transactions and currency trading. The Subsidiaries segment corresponds to companies and corporations controlled by the Bank, where income is obtained individually by the respective subsidiary. The companies that comprise the Subsidiaries segment are Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A., Banchile Asesoria Financiera S.A., Banchile Corredores de Seguros Ltda., Banchile Corredores de Bolsa S.A., Banchile Securitizadora S.A. and Socofin S.A.

The Bank's personal banking services include checking account, credit card, consumer and mortgage credit, investments and international services. The Bank offers international coverage services in approximately 30 countries with over 500 branches. Its investments include term deposits, which include fixed-term deposits, automatic renewal deposits and tax benefit deposits, and Banchile products, including stocks, portfolio management, voluntary retirement savings/mutual funds, abroad investments, foreign currency and fixed income. Its mortgage credits include mortgage credit with drafts/negotiable mutual mortgage/plus mutual mortgage/variable rate mutual mortgage and building credit.

The Bank's business banking service includes online payment services, financial management and other services. Its online payment services include Banconexion Web service that allows user to have access to all the services of the Bank, from any place and at any time. Its online payment services also include suppliers payment, remunerations payment, retirement contribution payments, electronic payments on other Websites, automatic bills payment and fund transfer. Its financial management services include checking accounts, credit lines and credit cards. Its other services include payment management, financing, investments, risk and foreign trade.

The Bank's small business banking services include financing, small and middle company client and other services. The Bank offers financing services for small and middle companies. Its short term services include credits, factoring and credit cards. Its middle and long term services include proof of purchase, credits, leasing, financing of importers and financing for exporters. It offers services to its small and middle company clients, which include checking account, credit line and express payment.
